Dr. H.J. Jai Krishna has been officially nominated as a Syndicate Member of Bangalore University by the Honourable Governor of Karnataka
Dr. H. J. Jaikrishna, M.D.S., PGDMLE (NLSIU), FDS RCPS (Glasgow)* is a distinguished dental professional, academician, Stomatologist, and Maxillofacial Radiologist. He holds a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Law & Ethics from NLSIU, and Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FDS RCPS). He has held influential leadership roles in healthcare education, clinical practice, legal medicine, and academic administration, and is officially nominated as Syndicate Member of Bangalore University by the Honourable Governor of Karnataka. He has also served as Syndicate Member, Senate Member, and Academic Council Member of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). A prominent Indian dental academic, medical law expert, and university administrator, he currently serves as the Managing Director of -DDC Smiles koramangala & Hsr Layout (2001 & 2016) and Dental CBCT CENTRE koramangala, Bengaluru. Dr. Jaikrishna has played a significant role in shaping academic policies and standards in health sciences education, while actively contributing to academic reforms, oral cancer screening, and community dental health initiatives across India
Dr . Vijaya N Reddy, MDS
Orthodontics and Maxillofacial Orthopaedics
Dr. Vijaya N Reddy has completed her Bachelors(Bangalore University) in 1997 and Masters(Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences) in 2009. She holds her specialization in Orthodontics. She has over 19 years of clinical experience in general dentistry and over 7 years of experience as an Orthodontist. She is proficient with latest techniques and methods by attending many international conferences, symposium and hands on courses in USA and Europe. She is an in- house orthodontist who gives lot of choice to patients regarding material such as metal brackets, ceramic, clear brackets, gold plated brackets attractive and fluorescent bands and specializes in Clear Aligners(Clear braces Orthodontics).
Dr . Abhishek, MDS
Conservative dentistry, Endodontics and Esthetic dentistry
Resident Endodontist and Clinical Director HSR branch at Dental Diagnostic Centre - DDC Smiles (HSR Layout), he completed BDS from R V Dental College and MDS from A B Shetty Dental College
He specialises in microscopic root canals and esthetic dentistry. He has been awarded first at the Asia Pacific Endodontic Confederation and first at 4 consecutive national conferences organised by IACDE and IES for his case series paper and poster presentations. He was also awarded at the 68th Indian Dental Conference for a scientific paper presentation, and awarded at intra and inter college level competitions organised by ACE-Karnataka. He had conducted and attended various courses on root canals and cosmetic dentistry.
He was recently honoured with the Diamond Award at the All India Coltene Prized Case Competition (CPCC 2018).
He has published numerous articles in national and international publications too.
Dr. Deepak S , MDS , FICOI ( USA)
Oral and maxillofacial surgery and Implantalogy
Dr Deepak S completed his Bachelors and Masters of dentistry in the speciality of Maxillofacial Surgery from the reputed Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, and obtained his Fellowship in oral Implantology from International Congress of Oral Implantology ICOI ( USA). He has more than ten years of clinical experience in various areas of maxillofacial surgery like Trauma care management, Orthognathic surgery, Oral cancer and pathologies and Implant dentistry. He and his team were the first to implement the technique of Hybrid Distraction Osteogenesis in Cleft lip and palate patients which was also presented and appreciated in various international surgical forums.
He is an active academician holding several posts in the reputed Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and Indira Gandhi National Open University and has many national and international presentations and publications adding to his surgical skills and professional experience.
Dr. Swathi N Shetty

Resident Oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Dental Diagnostic centre - DDC smiles( HSR layout), she has completed her BDS from A.B.Shetty memorial institute of dental sciences and MDS from SDM college of dental sciences.
She has 3 years of experience in her specialization and general dentistry.
She had attended several conferences and workshops on minor and major oral surgical procedures and specializes in surgical extraction of wisdom teeth and facial trauma. She also has completed here certification course in Root canal treatment apart from her specialization. She was awarded the short term studentship for her project on dental caries from the prestigious Indian council of medical research.
She had several publications in national and international journals to her credit.
Dr.Sandhya
MDS, Periodontist.
Dr.Sandhya MDS, is a periodontist. She did her undergraduation from Adhiparasakthi dental college, Kanchipuram and post graduation from Chettinad dental college and research institute, Chennai. She specialises in laser and regenerative periodontology. She has clinical experience of over 3 years. She is a member of the Indian Society of Periodontology (ISP). She has attended various conferences and constantly updates herself.
